The state’s attorney general, Jerry Brown, joined by districtt attorneys from manyCalifornia counties, including Santa Clara and Contra Costa, filed a suit against Minneapolis-based Target (NYSE: saying it sent hazardous wast to various landfills in violation of statse law.
